  Reid Shay

For ten years I was an expert on the OpenView team at Hewlett-Packard. Much of my time was spent as the world-wide evangelist for Network Management, primarily Network Node Manager. People have referred to me as Dr. NNM, a title I appreciate.  I am NNM Certified.

In April, 2001 I left HP and I am now an independent OpenView based consultant.

My knowledge and experience extends beyond NNM and Network Management to the full HP OpenView family, including non-HP OpenView solutions. 

I am a Member of the Board of Directors of the OpenView Forum International.

Critical to my effectiveness, are my extensive contacts within the HP divisions, the HP Field, and other non-HP OpenView organizations.
